Welcome to Sika Skincare Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using this website (the “Site”) or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase from us.
1. Website Owner, Offering & Binding Nature of Terms
1.1 This Site is owned and operated by Sika Skincare Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number: 13776842, with its registered office at Lytchett House, 13 Freeland Park, Wareham Road, Poole, Dorset, BH16 6FH.
1.2 Through this Site, we offer skincare products (currently, our hero product Glow + Shield Daily Moisturiser) to consumers.
1.3 These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you (“you”, “your”, “customer”, “user”) and Sika Skincare Ltd. By using the Site or placing an order, you accept and agree to these Terms in full.
2. Eligibility & User Account
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Site or purchase from us.
2.2 Where applicable, if accounts are used, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your account credentials secure.
2.3 You may not use the Site if doing so is prohibited by law or if you are barred from receiving our products under applicable regulations.
3. Orders, Pricing & Payment
3.1 Product listings (descriptions, images, prices) are for illustrative purposes; we make best efforts to ensure accuracy, but errors may occur.
3.2 Prices are in GBP and include applicable taxes (e.g. VAT), unless otherwise noted.
3.3 All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason (e.g. product out of stock, errors in pricing, suspected fraud).
3.4 Payment must be made in full before dispatch via our accepted payment methods (e.g. credit/debit card, PayPal, Stripe).
3.5 We reserve the right to change product prices or correct pricing errors at any time, before you place your order.
4. Shipping, Delivery & Risk
4.1 Estimated delivery times will be provided, but these are estimates only and not guaranteed.
4.2 We are not liable for delays caused by carrier, customs, or unforeseeable events (force majeure).
4.3 Risk of damage or loss in transit passes to you once the product is dispatched. You must inspect items upon delivery and immediately contact us if there is any damage or defect.
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation
5.1 You may cancel your order or request a return if you notify us within 14 days of receiving the product and the item is unused and in original packaging.
5.2 For hygiene reasons, skincare products that have been opened or used are not eligible for return unless faulty.
5.3 To request a return, contact customer support with your order details. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund or exchange within a reasonable period.
5.4 Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any shipping fees (unless otherwise required by law).
5.5 We reserve the right to refuse a return if the product does not meet our return criteria.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All content on the Site (text, images, logos, designs, product names) and all relevant intellectual property rights are owned by or licensed to Sika Skincare Ltd.
6.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.
6.3 If you upload content (e.g. reviews, images) you assert that you have the rights to do so, and grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and adapt such content.

7.2 We will endeavor to notify you of materially significant changes. Continued use of the Site or orders after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8.1 Our products are intended for cosmetic use only—they are not medical or diagnostic devices.
8.2 We make no express or implied warranties regarding the fitness of any product for a specific purpose, or that results will be achieved.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sika Skincare Ltd, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Sika Skincare Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price you paid for the product giving rise to such claim (if applicable).
